We have a variety of different kinds of bucks here at Titanium Boers. Our herd is mainly Boer, but we also have a few of other types of goats. We have multiple Boer bucks, but we also have a few others to cover our different types of does. We currently have a Nubian buck for some of our dairy does and also recently got a fainting goat pair.
Here at Titanium Boers we have always bred what we had. We would always buy the bucks that we could afford that were nice enough to use for breeding. Now, we still stick to what we can afford, but we won't buy them if they aren't something that can IMPROVE our herd from where it is. If you are only going to breed to have what you've always had, then you will always have what you have always had and never change. We are constantly trying to improve our herd and sometimes that involves line breeding if you have a line that is nice enough and quality enough to line breed.
